Nursing Home Ministry

– On the 4th Sunday of each month, GBC hosts a worship service for the residents of Graham Oaks Care Center beginning at 3:00pm. We have a time of prayer, singing, and a short devotional sermon. Just having people come to sit and talk with them is a huge blessing for these residents. God calls us to care for the elderly and says in James 1:28 that “pure religion in the sight of our God and Father is to visit orphans and widows in their distress.” This is one way to bless many who have been forgotten by our society. In the fall we will be having services on Sept 27, Oct 25, Nov 22, and Dec 27. For more information please contact Garrett (549-0117).

Jail House Ministry

– At 2:00pm every other Sunday GBC hosts a service for the inmates of the Young County Jail. This ministry provides a unique opportunity to serve many people who are desperate to make changes in their lives. For more information, please contact Mark Nesbitt (521-2506) or Reagan Kelley (521-2523)

Clothes Closet / Food Pantry

– On the 4th Thursday of each month GBC serves at the Clothes Closet located at 601 Indiana Dr. in Graham, TX. There are 2 shifts that run on that day from 10am-12pm and 1-3pm. The Clothes Closet / Food Pantry is dedicated to helping those less fortunate get the bare essentials their families need for the month.
